q Reference to the base bearing and point of beginning bearings. Some point on the ground (section corner/ road intersection)

No person shall provide a method of wastewater disposal until that method has been approved by the West Feliciana Health Unit. The owner of the property will be informed that he effluent has to be discharged into open ditches that have to be perpetually maintained and the building site has to be (2) two feet above the ditch the effluent is discharged in.
